Victory Lutheran Church has partnered with Jamestown Park and Rec and the 23rd Annual Kite Festival for this family-friendly event. Kids, round up your friends and come between 10:30am to 4:00pm to enjoy large air games at Meidinger Park. Admission is free. Hop on Victory’s Barrel Train for a free ride. There will be plenty of fun and games for the whole family!
