Exhibit and film screenings are free and open to all.

November 10 at 5:30 pm
The festival includes the work of sixty 2D, 3D, filmmakers and live performance artists from around the world. Each artist explores human rights, civil rights, or social justice issues through their respective mediums.
In addition to paintings, mixed media works, and photographs, a series of experimental videos are also a part of the festival.Tuesday, December 6. There will be three screenings with different films at each screen. First one at 10:00 am, next at 1:30 pm and final at 7:00 pm.
The show’s themes include climate change and impact, representation in art, racism, the interconnectedness of culture, and more. The festival features regional, national, and international artists.
The North Dakota Human Rights Arts Festival’s mission is to educate, engage, and facilitate discussion around local and world-wide human rights topics. The festival was founded and is managed by the Human Family is a non-partisan 501(c)(3) based in North Dakota founded to change our communities through art.
The North Dakota Human Rights Arts Festival is supported in part by a grant from the North Dakota Council on the Arts which receives funding from the state legislature and the National Endowment for the Arts, and The Arts Partnership with support from the cities of Fargo, Moorhead, and West Fargo.
The Arts Center Gallery is open:
Monday – Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
and Saturdays from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm
Gallery admission is free and open to all
