Kick off the school year with an evening of thought-provoking ideas and conversation. Teachers are invited to an open house reception to tour the National Buffalo Museum exhibits. There will be a demonstration on life in a tipi by Danielle Stuckle, Outreach and Education Programs Coordinator from the State Historical Society of North Dakota. Enjoy complimentary refreshments as you chat with fellow educators and museum staff; win door prizes; get tips for planning a field trip; and learn about educational resources available through the National Buffalo Museum. Open to area teachers, school officials, and district personnel. Must have valid school ID to receive free admission (homeschool teachers may use their Declaration of Intent).
