Calling all puppy lovers!
Flex + Flo and the James River Humane Society are hosting Puppy Yoga! Because who doesn’t love puppies?! We will be having two separate yoga classes that are $25 to participate, one for adults and one for children. Following the classes we will have a meet and greet with the puppies and some of the other bigger animals that are available for adoption. Here is the schedule of events below:
9:30-10am adult puppy yoga
10:15-10:45 meet and greet
11:00-11:30 kids puppy yoga
