Alex Mendenall describes himself as an indie soul songwriter based out of Lansing, MI. He has a new album out titled, “Into the Hinterland” and is currently touring across the country. The new album features a deep dive into soul, folk, lounge, and Latin-inspired jazz.
Alex plays an eclectic mix of soul, folk, funk, and jazz; and supports his guitar and vocals with dynamic foot percussion. His music is high energy and features carefully crafted wordplay, and soulful chord progressions.
