During this class we will learn and experience a different oil each week that can help quiet the mind and relax the body.
Experience a guided meditation with a Young Living Essential Oil. Learn how to incorporate essential oils into every area of your life for a balanced and relaxed life. As well as learn techniques to quiet the mind chatter.
Each week we will build on the week before and soon you will be able to meditate all on your own for an hour or more!
